A relative take an application to us on Monday. The deadline is on Wednesday.
During the revision week, suddenly had to think about it. It is always an high pressure to deciding to apply or not. As I didn't favour about the place, it is less willing to apply.
After receiving the application form, just forgot the application condition that read in the past, so I re-read the rule for applying.
2-9 ppl: condition 1: 27,000@income, condition 2: 530,000@asset
Certainly condition 1 will not excceed, if applied with sibling who has no income.
For the second condition, so terrible matched with no extra difference. If stock can be sold out, it will be far from it, certainly will not do such silly things to lose asset. And it is unused to do it.
To be relax after getting known that not applicable to apply it.
This is the second time for me to consider to buy a flat.
It is still not the good timing for buying a flat, even live with sibling. As for future 2 years, all siblings will have a hall to live. It is so space-consuming for having another flat.
